Privacy Policy
Our commitment
Your privacy matters. This page describes what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it. We try to keep it short and accurate; if anything here doesn't match what you observe in your browser, email [email protected] and we'll fix it.
Information we collect (newsletter / waitlist)
If you sign up for our newsletter or a product waitlist, we collect the name and email address you provide. We use that information only to send you product updates, release notes, and the workflow guides we promised at signup. We do not sell or rent it.
Data storage and your rights
Names and email addresses you provide are stored securely on our forms backend.
You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We process deletion requests promptly.
Website analytics (Clicky)
We use Clicky to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, referrers, browser types). Clicky is loaded on every page of this site.
By default Clicky may set first-party cookies and process IP addresses. We are reviewing our Clicky configuration to align with the privacy-first posture of this site, and we'll update this policy with the exact configuration as soon as it is finalized. In the meantime, you should assume that visiting this site involves loading the Clicky JavaScript and the data Clicky's documented privacy policy describes.
If you would prefer to opt out entirely, browser-level tracking blockers (uBlock Origin, Brave Shields, Safari's built-in protections) all block static.getclicky.com.
Anti-spam (reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our newsletter form on the home page loads Google reCAPTCHA v3 to score submissions for spam. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA may collect device and behavioral signals to compute its score.
Our product download pages (Resonant Breathe Bar, Web Clipper) use Cloudflare Turnstile instead of reCAPTCHA to gate downloads. Turnstile is designed to be more privacy-respecting than reCAPTCHA but still loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com.
No third-party sharing of contact data
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer the personal contact data you submit through our forms to outside parties, except for the service providers (e.g., our forms backend, our email-sending provider) that we contract to operate the site on our behalf.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have specific rights under privacy laws such as GDPR (Europe) or CCPA (California):
- The right to access your personal data
- The right to correct inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to opt out of future communications
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
This policy is effective as of August 2025. We may update this policy from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this page. Last updated: April 2026.
