3 Steps to Start Breathing

1. Launch the App

Open ResonantBreatheBar from your Applications folder. A breathing icon appears in your menu bar.

2. Click to Start

Single-click the menu bar icon. The breathing exercise begins immediately with the default 4-4 pattern.

3. Follow the Visual Cues

  • Growing circle = Breathe IN
  • Shrinking circle = Breathe OUT
  • Watch the icon and breathe with it

Stop Anytime

Click the icon again to stop.

Customize Your Experience

Right-click the icon → Settings

  • Choose a preset pattern (4-7-8, Box Breathing, etc.)
  • Adjust timing to your comfort
  • Switch between circle or text display
  • Enable/disable sound alerts
