Usage

Open the extension​

Click the extensions icon in your browser toolbar to access Web Clipper. We recommend pinning the extension for quick access.

Customize before saving​

When you click the extension icon, you can:

  • Edit the title — change the note title before saving.
  • Add tags — include tags to organize the note in Apple Notes.
  • Add notes — write your own annotations alongside the clipped content.

Choose what to save​

  • Save Selection — saves only the text you've highlighted on the page (enabled when text is selected).
  • Save Article — saves a simplified, readable version of the page.
  • Save Page — saves the full page content.

First-time authorization​

On first use, macOS will prompt: "AVRHutNotesBridge" wants access to control "Notes". Click Allow to let the bridge app save to Apple Notes. This is a one-time step.
