Known Limitations
Apple Notes doesn't publish a public API, which means some features don't work perfectly yet. Here's what to be aware of:
Images
Images are not fully captured when clipping a full page or selection. A placeholder is saved instead. We're working on improving this based on user feedback.
Tags
Tags are created in the note, but Apple Notes doesn't automatically index them. After saving, open the note and press Space or Enter after each tag for Notes to recognize it. We may add folder support in a future update — let us know if that would be useful.
