Installation

While you can install the following 2 in any order, we recommend following the order listed below:

  • Download and install the bridge application from: https://avrhut.com/web-clipper-to-apple-notes/
    • Click on the downloaded .pkg file to start the installation process
    • Follow the steps in the guided installation
    • This installs the bridge application, and also necessary files for browser extensions to talk to the bridge app
  • Add the browser extension(s)
    • Search for "Web clipper for apple notes" within google or chrome marketplace or follow the link below to add the extension
    • We need the permissions to read the web page, so you can copy the contents, and also native host permission to send data to the bridge app.
    • First time you will use the extension, you will see a popup for "AVRHutBitesBridge" asking access to documents and data in "Notes" and to perform actions. Please click Allow. This is one time only. And will allow the bridge app to save to notes.
